purchase order details

We accept purchase orders from school districts and accept payment via checks or Bill.com.

First Steps: In order to create a purchase order invoice, the O.T. Administrator should fill out the information in the Purchase Order Subscription. The Organization Name should be the school system name (ex. “Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools”). The “Full Name” should be the main admin level user for O.T. Wizard. Admin users can assign therapist users, deactivate users, and manage new subscriptions or upgrades. Normally the admin should be the O.T. Lead. The email should correspond to the OT admin user in “Full Name” Add the organizations billing address. Select the number of users/therapists that need access to the O.T. Wizard. Subscription sharing is not allowed, per our terms and conditions. If you have a promo code, you may enter it there. Once you submit, we will review your P.O. and then will adjust and email a final invoice to the email on file. This contact person will need to submit the P.O. to their organization’s finance department. If the organization needs more than Net-15 to pay the invoice, then they will return the completed invoice and sign off to pay within Net-30.

The admin will have instant access to the O.T. Wizard and can assign therapists up to the number of users added in the P.O. submission form. This begins the free 14 day trial. If payment is not received by indicated time, then the users will lose access until payment is received.

If additional users are needed mid-subscription, then you may contact hello@otwizard.com with the request and we will generate a new P.O. invoice.

Payments made by Bill.com can be sent to the account of “stephanie@learningcharms.com”.

    Organizational users can assign students to secondary practitioners. Both OTP’s can view and add evaluation details. Great for teams and supervisors/supervisees

  • Auto assign schools

    Organizations can assign schools and caseloads to OTP’s. Need to make a change? Use our bulk editor to change therapist, school, grade, or active status.

  • View busy contracts

    Therapy groups with several contracts can sort caseloads by the contracts and then view and compare stats.

  • Dashboard

    Admins can view student and services data. This can be helpful to compare services year over year and with the data to hand to human resources (hey, we need more help!).

  • Re-evaluations made simple

    For OTP’s that bill insurance, a re-evaluation is often required every 6 months. Not to worry. You can create a “clone” of your most recent evaluation and then make updates only as needed. Hello efficiency!
